Fires and fights were what made the Edo area (Edo period: 1603-1868). “Iki”, stylish, and even heroic firefighters were at the center of that culture.

International Patek Philippe, the quarterly magazine of the Patic Philippe Company.

We collaborated with the famous collectors Mr. Michio Kuwata and Mrs. Mieko Kuwata on an article introducing the fireman’s jacket, Hikeshi Sashiko Banten.

The magazine are printed in several languages.

We updated some fireman’s jacket, sashiko-banten on the old textile page from our collection. We also have a collection of tobacco pouches, amulet pouches and more. Please contact us if you are interested.
